Increasing Old Faucet Water Flow

When a faucet is spunky new, water flows so smoothly and strongly. But as the time passes, the water flow gradually lessens. Since we use the faucet daily, we don’t notice small decrease in water flow up until it gets really really bad. This phenomenon is caused by lime build up. Lime build up clogs the faucet holes which makes it harder for water to flow. A simple and common kitchen ingredient can fix this problem.

Mix water and vinegar in a plastic bag. Place and wrap the plastic bag with the solution around the faucet hole. Simply leave it overnight and your water flow would flow a lot more smoothly than before. We suggest doing this routinely. Most homeowner does this on a monthly basis. Build up can also happen in your shower, so remember to do that same to it.
